  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated, with proof of vaccination to be shown at enrolment.

  • Upon enrolment you will receive a name tag, we ask that you wear this to class each week.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to allow your dog time to toilet and settle before class commencement.
  • Please ensure you wear closed-in sensible footwear, have a good quality leash and well-fitted harness or soft collar.   (Slip, check, 'choker', prong and shock collars are not recommended and will not be allowed)
  • Force-free, positively reinforced reward based training is the basis for our classes, so please be prepared to use treats with your dog.
  • Bring along plenty of treats to make sure you don't run out during class. The best treats are those that are soft and easy for the dog to swallow, also keep pieces small.
  • Whilst we encourage everyone in the family to take part in training, we do ask that only one person per dog participates in the class in order to assist your dog to succeed.  As training must be undertaken every day at home, this will give the opportunity for everyone to follow what is covered during classes.
  • We must also stress that children under 15 yrs are to be supervised by an adult at all times and are not to be allowed to run among the dogs, or participate in classes. This is to ensure the safety of everyone attending as well as reduce distractions to dogs and owners during class.

We take a break over summer months from mid December to late January.

Please advise if your dog has any special requirements that need to be addressed or considered while training.

Whilst we strive to provide training to everyone, we are not equipped to handle dogs with severe behavioural issues,

or dogs who have demonstrated aggression towards other dogs or people.

In this instance, should our instructors deem it necessary, we can recommend qualified trainers

who are better equipped to handle your needs.
